Notice to General Public and Reagan LIbrary Researchers on Closures


We're sorry. Due to the coronavirus public health emergency, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum will be closed to the public beginning March 14th until further notice. We will continue to respond to written reference requests at Please check our website, or  for updates on our operating hours and status.

All public events at the Reagan Library facilities are cancelled until further notice. Where possible, we will conduct public events and outreach activities online and through virtual meetings. For online education information, please see our educational resources.

Film This! 2018

The Reagan Library is offering our fourth annual summer film-making program for all interested High School students.

Film This! participants will learn the art of story telling through film using original archival material directly from the Reagan Library. Eric Van Hamersveld, a University of California film professor will guide students through the story development, camera working, editing, sound mixing and peer review processes.

All participant films will be posted on YouTube and will be automatically entered into our fifth annual Film Festival to be held December, 2018.

You may register for either Session A or Session B. Each session runs for one full week during the month of July - Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 pm. Session dates will be announced in the spring.
