This collection consists of personal papers donated to the Reagan Presidential Library. It has been reviewed by the Reagan Library staff and it is available for research. You may access this collection in our research room.

Louise Hart served as a volunteer writer in Ronald Reagan’s Gubernatorial Campaign in 1966 and his Presidential Campaign in 1980. She created an instruction manual for volunteers and created the program C.U.R.E. 80 (Citizens United for Reagan’s Election in 1

Collection Description

The Louise Hart collection consists of a paper written by the donor regarding C.U.R.E., campaign slogans, instructional materials for volunteers, a listing of the Reagan-Bush Pioneers, other materials related to the 1980 campaign, and a letter Hart wrote to her parents regarding the 1966 campaign.
