Among the topics are the Railroad retirement system, the Steel workers retirement system, social security benefits, federal legislation relating to pensions and retirement, retirement age, age discrimination, gender discrimination with respect to insurance and pension payouts and Ronald Reagan’s retirement benefits from the State of California. Much of the material documents issues retirees and their beneficiaries experienced trying to collect or understand their benefits, particularly those covered by the Railroad Retirement Act.
