From John Hancock to Martin Luther King, from the American Revolution to the attacks on 9/11 and beyond, this exhibit will feature dramatic stories and fascinating artifacts from historic figures and events. Through the lives of these heroes the exhibit weaves a diverse story of soldiers, citizens and leaders that make up the fabric of our country. Assembled for the first time ever, these artifacts will bring to life the courage and sacrifice demonstrated by these great Americans. Most of these items will have rarely, if at all, been displayed publicly. Together they create an inspirational exhibit that honors American Heroes and serves as a reminder for all who visit that in the words of President Reagan - "It can be done."
