The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is accepting applications for the Archivist Associate Intern position.

Project Description:
Under the supervision of the Supervisory Archivist, the candidate will participate in a full range of archival activities and duties. Duties may include: compiling inventories and finding aids of presidential records, gubernatorial records, audio visual materials or recent donations to determine their stage of processing. Applicant may work on acquisition, arrangement, and description; creating a spreadsheet of information gathered during the inventory to be used in description activities of the Public Archives Catalog; digitization of primary source records; and entering descriptions into a database. Candidates may also work on a variety of projects for the Reagan Library website.

Qualifications:
All individuals are encouraged to apply. Undergraduate credit courses in history would be an asset. Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications is essential. Previous experience working in an archival setting preferred.
